Meet Beth

INSPIRE – IGNITE – INTEGRITY

Since a child I have always been active in some way. From the age of 5 I learnt to ride horses and finally pursued a career in horse racing. After 7 years and countless injuries I decided it was time for a career change. I headed back to university and completed my BSc in Sports Therapy.

 

This opened me up many more avenues along the way from Pilates, injury rehabilitation, Rugby Pitch Side First Aid, working with elite Basketball and Rugby players to eventually opening the first Boutique Pilates studio in the North East. 

Without making this journey and discovering all the different types of training I would have never discovered the importance of looking after my body. A body that does not function to it's highest potential will not set you up for success or help your horse. 

Like you I have gone through many adversities suffering from depression and anxiety to having bulimia through university. What I have discovered through doing exercise is that until you connect fully with your mind and body you will never truly discover your capabilities. The training that i show you here at EquiFit doesn’t just strengthen your body, but the mind too.

My mission is to help you help your horse. Your imbalances will always be your horses. If we truly care about our horses we must first take care of ourself.
