WHAT WE PUT IN OUR BODIES SHOULD BE OUR FOCUS. TIME TO STEP AWAY FROM CRAZY DIETS AND CREATING A BETTER LIFE LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD.
HERES HOW EQUIFIT CAN HELP YOU
When tackling Nutrition first and foremost we must think of our health. Like most of us we have tried many a fad diet. Here we make sure you know how to pick healthy food choices while also enjoying your favourite foods.
Putting your trust in someone you don't know can be scary. We will never put you in a situation where you feel uncomfortable or unable to achieve what has been set out for you. We work with you not against you.
The way you eat is as much about your lifestyle as anything else. We work with you to get you the best results possible within your current lifestyle. We won't get you changing everything in one go. Baby steps will make for better success.
Our relationship with food can unfortunately come with other issues. If eating disorders are a concern, we can help you with the methods used by Beth herself to improve and regain control of how you view food.
Level 4 S&C
Mac Nutrition Nutritionist (in Training)
I have been working in sports and the fitness industry for 10 years now, as well as exploring training, nutrition and mindset in my own personal journey in pursuing weight loss, muscle gain and sports performance.
I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of people from all walks of life, from ski instructing, to assistant S&C coaching at the LTA Tennis Academy, group coaching at Nike HQ (Doxford, Sunderland) as well as working as a Personal Trainer for coming up to 7 years. I am currently studying Mac Nutrition Uni, one of the leading courses in Nutrition worldwide.
My ethos with nutrition is simple - your nutrition should satisfy both your goals and your lifestyle in a way that makes you feel and perform at your best. Food isn’t just fuel and I work with people to develop their knowledge and understanding of nutrition and its application, skills in developing and managing habits around nutrition and ultimately enjoying your food and the feeling it can bring both in and out of performance.
My aim for the clients I work with is to connect and engage with your food and habits, to achieve the results you want in a way that works for you and to feel confident when it comes to your nutrition.
